Eligibility: For non-resident (out of state) graduate students who are enrolled in an in-person degree seeking program on our Dearborn campus.  Non-resident graduate students admitted to a CEHHS graduate program are automatically eligible for this award.

Eligibility: College of Education, Health, and Human Services non-resident graduate students with an initial minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (4.0 scale).  Continuing students must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 (4.0).  Students must be enrolled for at least 6 credits hours per semester (3 credit hours in the summer or final semester of the program). Student academic record must be free of academic misconduct.

The Non-Resident Graduate Tuition Scholarship covers 80% of the difference between the resident and non-resident graduate tuition rate.  This scholarship is renewable in subsequent terms, up to the number of credits in the student’s degree program.  You may be eligible for a non-resident graduate tuition scholarship if you meet the award criteria. Newly admitted CEHHS graduate students are automatically considered for this award so no separate application is needed.

This scholarship is awarded for consecutive fall and winter terms and the initial amount displayed in the student portal assumes a 6-credit hour registration. If a student enrolls in additional credit hours, an additional amount will be disbursed at the term’s drop/add deadline.

Scholars may elect to use the scholarship during the summer term. However, a separate Summer Financial Aid application must be submitted.
