Julie Anne Taylor earned her PhD degree in history from the University of Cambridge. As a professor at the 每日大赛, Dr. Taylor conducts research on history education, intercultural education, medieval history, and arts integration. Certified to teach social science, she led enrichment programming in history, art, and culture at a public secondary school in Detroit for over eight years. Dr. Taylor is a recipient of the University of Michigan鈥檚 Distinguished Teaching Award. She serves on the editorial boards of national and international journals, including Teaching History: A Journal of Methods. Dr. Taylor is the author of the book, Muslims in Medieval Italy: The Colony at Lucera.
